Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the youraipowerup.com website (the "Site") and any digital products, downloads, content or services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Wawa Llama Ltd. trading as Your AI Power Up ("Your AI Power Up", "Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using any part of the Site or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not access the Site or use the Services.

Your AI Power Up sells downloadable "Power Up" bundles designed for use with Claude and other AI tools. Each bundle may include:

• Plug-in AI skills and ready-to-copy mega-prompts.
• Step-by-step tutorials and walkthroughs.
• Templates, swipe files, worksheets and other done-for-you resources.

These resources are delivered entirely online as downloadable files. Specific inclusions and pricing are shown on the product pages and may change.

3. Plans & Access Model

We sell one-time purchases. You may buy an individual Power Up or a discounted bundle of multiple Power Ups. There is no subscription; payment is once per purchase and the files are yours to keep, subject to the licence in §6. We may add, remove, rename or re-price products at any time; the version shown at checkout is authoritative.

4. Eligibility & Account Access

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• Access to your downloads is provided through a passwordless email "magic link". You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
• You agree to provide an accurate, current email address at checkout.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and alternative methods enabled in Stripe Checkout.
• Taxes (including UK VAT, EU VAT via OSS, and others where applicable) are calculated automatically via Stripe Tax based on your billing location. Business customers in the EU may enter a valid VAT ID to receive a reverse-charge supply.
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the purchase.

6. Delivery & Licence

• Digital files become available immediately upon successful payment. We email you a secure link to your downloads page, where you can download the Power Up(s) you bought.
• Licence grant: we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the resources for your own personal or internal business projects.
• Prohibited uses: you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or incorporate the resources into products or services you sell.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. To request a refund, email hello@youraipowerup.com within seven calendar days of purchase.

After the 7-day window all sales are final. Because resources are delivered instantly and digitally, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right to cancel digital content is waived once the download is made available to you.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Resell or redistribute our resources;
• Upload viruses or malicious code;
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of our technology providers.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site and within the Power Ups is owned by or licensed to Wawa Llama Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws.
• "Your AI Power Up" and our logos are marks of Wawa Llama Ltd. You may not use them without prior written permission.

10. AI Disclaimer & Accuracy of Information

The resources and prompts we provide are educational. AI output is unpredictable and may contain errors or biased information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any AI-generated output or tutorial. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them in any commercial or professional context. "Claude" is a product of Anthropic; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.

11. Data & Privacy

We collect and process only the personal data needed to operate your purchase and downloads (e.g. email and billing information) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Services are built on and integrated with a number of third-party platforms, including:

• Supabase – authentication, database and file storage;
• Stripe – payment processing and tax calculation;
• Resend – transactional email delivery;
• Vercel – website hosting;
• Quaderno – invoicing and tax compliance.

Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Support & Availability

Support is provided by email at hello@youraipowerup.com. We aim (but do not guarantee) to respond within 24 hours on UK business days. We strive to maintain continuous availability but make no uptime guarantees.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms, including reselling our content or illegal activity. On termination your licence to use the resources ends, except that files lawfully downloaded before termination may be retained for personal use only, subject to the no-resale restriction in §6.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your AI Power Up shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability cannot exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wawa Llama Ltd., its directors, employees and agents from any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet outages or governmental actions.

19. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted with the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree that the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
