This Privacy Policy explains how Wawa Llama Ltd. trading as Your AI Power Up ("Your AI Power Up", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use youraipowerup.com (the "Site") and buy our digital products. We are the data controller. This policy is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

• Account & contact data: your email address, used to deliver your downloads and to send you a passwordless sign-in link.
• Purchase & billing data: your name, billing address and the products you bought. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers for security and reliability.

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on the Site, and we do not store the text you enter into any AI tools.

• To process your payment and deliver the digital products you purchased.
• To send you transactional emails, including your secure download link and receipts.
• To produce tax-compliant invoices and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
• To maintain the security of the Site and prevent fraud.
• If you opt in, to send you occasional updates or offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

• Performance of a contract — to take payment and deliver your downloads.
• Legal obligation — to keep invoicing and tax records.
• Legitimate interests — to secure our Site and prevent fraud.
• Consent — for any optional marketing emails (withdrawable at any time).

We share personal data only with the service providers (processors) that help us run the business. We never sell your personal data.

• Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation (Stripe Tax).
• Supabase — authentication, database and secure file storage for your account and downloads.
• Resend — sending transactional emails (your download/sign-in links).
• Vercel — hosting the website.
• Quaderno — generating invoices and handling tax compliance.
• Google Fonts — web fonts served by Google when the Site loads (this may expose your IP address to Google).

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Some of our providers are based outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or the EU–US and UK–US Data Privacy Frameworks.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep account and purchase data for as long as you have access to your downloads and as needed to provide support. Invoicing and tax records are retained for the period required by law (generally six years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@youraipowerup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU supervisory authority.

9. Children

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the "Last updated" date.
